
Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth front desk operations, including greeting visitors and clients, managing meeting room bookings, and coordinating with cleaning service providers.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying, as well as ensuring timely replenishment of office supplies and pantry inventory.
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as assigned, including participating in fire drills and assisting with related safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Maintenance & Repair - Familiarity with office procedures and basic administrative tasks.
- Language Skills - Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
- Microsoft Office - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication & Teamwork - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
