Responsible for receptionist and office administration duties including but not limited to
- Being at the frontline greeting visitors, helping them navigate through the office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
- Organise deliveries, courier service, sort mail, make copies and where required monitor employee and visitor access by maintaining the workplace security and telecommunication systems
- Manage firmwide subscriptions database, such as newspaper, Bloomberg etc.
- Manage 3rd party vendors such as cleaning service providers, facilities, office equipment, building management, plants and pantry suppliers
- Ensure smooth day to day office operations, vendor management, pantry & stationery orders, meeting room bookings etc
- Manage maintenance and contracts of office facilities and equipment such as water dispenser, auxillary a/c, water leak detector, copier machines, door access etc
- Support the coordination of company events such as CNY luncheons, Christmas party, team events
- Check and prepare relevant invoices and employee claims

**Knowledge/ Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma, with 5 to 8 years relevant experience in office management
- Able to multi-task, take initiative and is proactive with a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently, and at the same time also a good team player
- Energetic and willing to learn quickly
- Adaptable and meticulous with good communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and work ownership
