**Responsibilities**:

The Services required are set out as follows:
General Office:
1. Manning the General Office Reception Counter, and ensuring its cleanliness and tidiness.

2. Attending to all incoming phone calls and enquiries.

3. Attending to walk-in students, teachers, parents, visitors and school stakeholders.

4. Providing simple first aid to injured / unwell students and maintaining the sick bay including first aid supplies.

5. Contacting parents of unwell pupils to be taken home

6. Contacting parents of pupils who have been absent from school

7. Managing simple office administrative tasks such as receiving incoming mails / packages, managing and distributing notifications and letters to teachers’ letter trays, filing, collating and printing of documents as well as organising documents room.

8. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the School

Job Qualifications:

The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills: Education:
1. Secondary qualifications
- GCE ‘O’ Levels

**Experience**:
1. Preferably have relevant experience working as a receptionist or counter duties Skills:
1. Warm personality with good customer service skills and telephone ettiquete skills

2. Conversant in English and preferably a second language in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil 3. Flexible, pro-active and resourceful with an eye for details

4. Willing to learn with a positive “can-do” attitude

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month
