**Overall Role Purpose**

Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, Singapore, you will provide operational HR expertise to the Singapore Country Office employees located at the various offices in Singapore.
- Act as a consultant and HR Business Partner to the Senior Management on HR matters and to support the design and implementation of initiatives/ cross country projects
- Represent employee issues and concerns and facilitate resolving conflicting interests between the parties involved
- Prioritise and execute HR operations in line with business goals
- Ensure labour practices are aligned to local legislation
- Facilitate the Talent Management process through timely deployment of the annual performance evaluation, cascading of collaborative targets during target setting exercise, panel review and management of the annual salary review and bonus cycle
- Facilitate resourcing by leveraging on proven sourcing channels for critical roles and vacancies; adopt behavioural/competency based screening and assessment tools (where required); offer employment terms and conditions to attract, retain and motivate new employees
- Facilitate CIS Foundation and Welcome to My Country (Singapore) and support the deployment of CIS Cross Functional modules
- Support implementation of mandatory courses, e-learning programs as well as provide alternative learning opportunities to employees
- Promote and coordinate the annual Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and facilitate its effective follow up and monitoring of action plans

**People Management**
- Develop a high performance culture and level of motivation within the team

**Job Requirements**:

- Educational Qualifications: Degree in Business (or related discipline, i.e. Economics, Management, etc)
- Expected years of experience (Minimum): 8-10 years of HR experience with managerial exposure
- Broad range of HR experience in learning/ rewards & remuneration/ talent management/ HRIS/ HR strategy & planning (preferably in minimum 3 areas)
- Experience in global/ MNC with industry-knowledge is preferred
- Specialist HR qualification, post-graduate diploma or certificate is preferred
