- Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines
- Ensure local compliance and statutory HR requirements including Industrial Relation
- Minimum 10 years of business partnering experience, preferably in the Marine, Offshore, and energy industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
