Regional Talent Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide recruitment support to APAC Talent Acquisition team
- Manage end-to-end interview arrangement and feedback request, as well as collation of supporting documents
- Provide exemplary internal and external stakeholder experience throughout the recruiting process
- Initiate background checks and serve as the main point of contact between new hires and screening vendor
- Validate completed background check reports to ensure compliance and perform necessary escalations when required
- Responsible for safekeeping of P-files for new hires to ensure supporting documents and completed reports are compliantly saved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Finance in the processing of vendor invoices by creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) in system
- Support the Employee Referral Program (ERP) by updating of tracker to ensure timely bonus payouts to eligible employees and render assistance in crafting of weekly ERP newsletter
- Provide metrics and reports such as weekly recruitment reports/statistics and other ad hoc reporting for HR related presentation materials
- Involve in the optimization and streamlining of recruitment and other internal processes
- Assist in research and sourcing for junior/contract roles and talent mapping projects
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on talent acquisition and employer branding activities
- Undertake ad-hoc Talent Acquisition and HR projects/initiatives in APAC region
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment coordination experience. Experience within the high technology sector is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills, with keen attention to details
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Efficient time management skills, with the ability to balance numerous requirements
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as, part of a team
- Strong computer skills in MS Office products
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems is an asset
- Degree/diploma in human resources, business or in a related field
