**What's the role?**:
We are looking to recruit a high-caliber Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, own & manage the regional TA priorities in our South Asia Pacific region. Our South Asia Pacific Region headquartered out of Singapore includes the following Market Organizations: Australia, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand & Vietnam.
In this role you will partner with various stakeholders across our 9 markets to develop an ideal recruiting strategy for the region to accelerate proactive hiring efforts, enabling the hiring of top talents to feed the talent for the future.

**What does the role involve?**:
- Craft and executive a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy for South Asia Pacific region that attracts a diverse pool of potential talents through proactive market research, effective branding campaigns, job marketing initiatives, employee referral programs & key university partnerships
- Responsible for implementing our new group strategy and articulating a 3 years plan for Talent Acquisition transformation in the region
- Develop, evolve & accelerate strategic University relationships with targeted institutions by devising a structured engagement plan through leadership engagement, events, partnerships and campaigns, branding Hilti as an employer of choice
- Regional lead for driving our regional Leadership development program (Outperformer) in close collaboration with market general managers and market head of HR to accelerate program hiring across the region
- Lead and drive external strategic hiring in sync with our succession strategy from the talent management team
- Review and transform our TA structure and competence including managing and mentoring a team of TA across the region
- Train, educate and accelerate usage of our amazing TA technologies/tools (Beamery, Pymetrics, ATS etc) to drive digital TA agenda in the region
- First point of contact for regional technical user queries around the various TA platforms
- Responsible for TA analytics and reporting across the region; analysing TA data to drive insights (via market/business/TA community), fully leveraging various TA systems to connect to the bigger picture and drive the strategy

**What you need is**:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR (TA experience developing and executing successful campus recruiting strategies is preferred)
- Willingness to craft and drive strategy
- Demonstratable stakeholder management experience/skills
- Enjoys challenges and working in multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in communicating, public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude to make data-driven decision
