Our client is a well-established global FMCG company. In light of evolving business needs, we are partnering with them to recruit a **Regional**Talent Acquisition Manager**based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders to drive talent acquisition strategies, organisational development, and workforce planning, including succession planning and employer branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the talent management process and participate in planning for employees’ mobility, succession, and progression.
- Take ownership of learning and development (L&D) initiatives, including the facilitation and delivery of mentorship programs.Regularly assess training needs across functions and propose relevant development plans to support employee growth and capability building.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a broader HR Generalist role, preferably within the **FMCG**or **Retail**industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and employment regulations across multiple APAC markets.
- Service-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude; able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A self-starter and collaborative team player with excellent time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
