
Regional Head of Talent Acquisition

Our client is a leading global MedTech company, committed to transforming healthcare through innovative medical technologies and solutions. With a strong presence across Asia-Pacific, the company is focused on driving impactful change by attracting and nurturing top talent across all levels and disciplines. They are seeking a **Regional Head of Talent Acquisition**to join their team, and this individual will lead the strategic direction, execution, and optimization of recruitment activities across the APAC region. This role is critical in shaping the company’s growth trajectory by securing top-tier talent to support its innovation, commercial, and operational goals. You will manage a team of TA professionals and work closely with senior business and HR leaders to ensure a seamless and scalable recruitment function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for all functions across the region, including R&D, commercial, manufacturing, and corporate roles
- Partner with regional and global business leaders to understand talent needs and translate them into proactive hiring plans
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle - from workforce planning and employer branding to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and manage a high-performing TA team across multiple countries and markets
- Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to ensure alignment with organizational goals, DEI strategies, and succession planning
- Manage recruitment budgets, agency partnerships, and third-party vendorsPromote the employer brand to position the company as a top destination for MedTech professionals in the region
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of recruitment experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within the life sciences, healthcare, or MedTech industry
- Proven track record in building and executing regional TA strategies across APAC
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment
- Hands-on knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR analytics tools, and employer branding platformsPassion for innovation and purpose-driven talent acquisition
