Our client is a global consultancy, very strong in digital transformation.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team and lead their talent acquisition efforts in the SEA region.

**Job Summary**:
As the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for Technology, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier technology talent to support the organization's growth and innovation. You will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, building strong relationships with business leaders, and managing a team of talent acquisition professionals. Your goal is to ensure they have a steady pipeline of skilled technology professionals who can drive the company's success.

**Key Responsibilities:
1. **Talent Acquisition Strategy**:Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy specific to the technology sector in the SEA region that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

2. **Team Leadership**:Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists and coordinators to deliver top-notch technology recruitment services, ensuring that they meet established KPIs and hiring targets.

3. **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Collaborate closely with department heads, senior executives, and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, provide expertise in technology recruitment, and offer strategic guidance.

6. **Employer Branding**:Work on strengthening the company's employer brand within the technology community, both locally and globally, and promote it as an employer of choice.

7. **Data-Driven Approach**:Leverage data and analytics to continuously measure and improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide regular reports to senior management.

8. **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.

**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in technology talent acquisition, ideally within the consulting industry.
- Proven experience leading regional recruitment teams (at least 5 years)
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing talent acquisition teams.
- Exceptional knowledge of technology job markets, trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
