Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

 

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute an overall talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of effective employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, to shape a leading brand that supports successful talent acquisition and retention.
  • Establish and manage a portfolio of sourcing capabilities and platforms, including direct sourcing, targeted advertising, career sites, campus recruitment, and agency recruitment.
  • Ensure efficient recruiting policies, processes, and practices are in place, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create effective pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of team members and operational aspects of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Monitor and drive the performance of the talent acquisition budget to ensure SLA achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and report on talent acquisition metrics to track and assess workforce planning requirements and talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Drive the successful rollout of corporate internship programs.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in Human Resource is preferred.

Experience:

  • ~12 years of in-house talent acquisition experience (preferred) or agency recruitment/Human Resource business partnering roles.
  • Experience within fast-paced and results-oriented organizations is essential.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection methods.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and marketing techniques.
  • Experience driving strategic workforce planning is an advantage.
