
Talent Acquisition Manager

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute an overall talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Lead the creation and implementation of effective employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, to shape a leading brand that supports successful talent acquisition and retention.
- Establish and manage a portfolio of sourcing capabilities and platforms, including direct sourcing, targeted advertising, career sites, campus recruitment, and agency recruitment.
- Ensure efficient recruiting policies, processes, and practices are in place, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create effective pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of team members and operational aspects of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Monitor and drive the performance of the talent acquisition budget to ensure SLA achievement and continuous improvement.
- Analyze and report on talent acquisition metrics to track and assess workforce planning requirements and talent acquisition effectiveness.
- Drive the successful rollout of corporate internship programs.
A Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in Human Resource is preferred.
Experience:
- ~12 years of in-house talent acquisition experience (preferred) or agency recruitment/Human Resource business partnering roles.
- Experience within fast-paced and results-oriented organizations is essential.
- Proficiency in full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection methods.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and marketing techniques.
- Experience driving strategic workforce planning is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work across the organization to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Effective communication skills, experience liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- High learning and adaptability agility.
- Critical thinking with strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
- Strong people skills, able to deal effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Well-developed analytical skills to manage talent acquisition metrics and drive improvements.
- Creative thinker while maintaining a strong focus on practical solutions.
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
