**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, market leaders, and the Group Head of Talent and Culture to build and implement a talent acquisition strategy for Zenyum’s major markets across Asia.
- Manage a small team of Talent Acquisition Executives located across Asia to deliver the recruitment needs of the business.
- Create scalable processes, reference materials and other aides to improve Zenyum’s recruitment capabilities.
- Starting with Singapore, build relationships with educational institutes to create a talent pipeline for internships and junior positions.
- Coach hiring managers on the recruitment process, interview techniques, selection criteria, and salary negotiations.
- Create a strong employer brand to uplift Zenyum’s market appeal to attract the best talent.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or external agency recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to navigate a matrixed reporting environment of an international company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet business objectives in an environment of evolving priorities and deadlines.
