Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is pivotal in the organizational structure, responsible for strategizing and executing plans to attract, retain, and develop high-caliber talent within the organization.

This position requires collaboration with HR Business Partners to design and implement various initiatives encompassing talent management, performance development, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies. The primary objectives include fostering a diverse and skilled workforce by identifying, attracting, and retaining top candidates for open positions.

  • Talent Development: Assist in creating and implementing plans to enhance talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Performance Enhancement: Work closely with the HR team to design and implement performance management processes that promote growth and development among employees, focusing on individual and team performance metrics.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Support the recruitment and hiring process to ensure efficient selection of qualified candidates, while maintaining a strong employer brand and promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being, through regular feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accurate HR records and provide support with HR data management, including reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for all employees, maintaining confidentiality and discretion as required.
