Talent Acquisition Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, including payroll processing, time attendance management, and leave records maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. They will also possess excellent leadership and people management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll process, including salary administration and benefits management
- Oversee time attendance system, review timesheets for payroll processing, and manage work passes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
