**What does a successful Partnerships Manager do at Fiserv?**

This role will concentrate on partners across our core acquiring markets of Hong Kong, Singapore as well as management of broader regional partnerships.

**What you will do**:

- Rapid scaling of new partnership relationships. Taking a mix of tactical and strategic approach to partners.
- Build winning commercial models to drive successful outcomes for Fiserv and partners
- Can do attitude and ability to work unsupervised and ability to manage and negotiate with senior executives of clients and internally with Fiserv
- Work with partners to adopt the latest and newest technologies and enhancements Fiserv has to offer
- Ensure partners deliver to commitments, so we jointly deliver the desired proposition to merchants and achieve agreed business outcomes

**What you will need to have**:

- 5 to 8 years’ of relevant experience in Partnerships Sales
- 2 to 3 years' experience in POS (point of sale) software solutions, with good understanding of POS, Terminals, Ecommerce and Scheme partnership models
- Min. 5 years of experience in managing partners, especially in the sales and technology and project leading through integrations, sales campaigns, account follow up and reporting

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and thrive with engaging all levels of stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial and innovative, with the desire and capability to identify opportunities and develop new or alternative propositions for clients
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with different levels of stakeholders, coupled with the confidence to present to C-Suite audience
- Excellent command of English, **Cantonese**,** **and** **Mandarin** desirable
