Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales & Partnership Consultant
to drive the sales and market adoption of our Employee Benefits digital platform in Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue through both direct sales efforts and by cultivating partnerships with agents and Financial Advisors.This role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.You will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing significantly to our continued growth.

and reports directly to the
Head of Employee Benefits
A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
Business Development & Sales:
Spearhead the sales and market penetration of the digital platform, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Effectively leverage both direct sales channels and partnerships with agents/Financial Advisors to reach and acquire clients.
Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities with target clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and execute a sales strategy for the digital platform, incorporating market analysis, competitive analysis and a clear understanding of target customer needs.
Provide support to agents/Financial Advisors on how effectively sell the digital platform to their clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product and operations teams, to ensure seamless sales execution and positive customer experience.
Track sales performance, analyze results and provide regular reports to management on progress and challenges.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base allowance and performance-based commission structure.
