**Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for delivering the affiliate and advertising sales revenues of the network.
- Evangelizing value and driving growth of networks TV channels in greater South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and South Asia through affiliate and distributor partnerships - understanding partner needs and supporting their growth.
- Develop and build strong business partnerships with key decision makers at both advertisers and their agencies - for brands targeting multi-market audiences across Asia.
- Develop and deliver on all aspects of the ad sales plan, strategy and execution - including pricing and rate cards, prospecting, pitching, finalizing media plans and deals across campaigns.
- Work closely with internal marketing, programming and creative teams to come up with unique sales properties and promotions that deliver on client needs.
- Working closely with finance and accounts team for timely invoicing and collection of payments.
- Work closely with legal team to finalize agreements.
- The position is based in Singapore and reports to the CEO.
- Compensation structure: Competitive base salary with an aggressive sales commission plan.

**Desired Skills, Attitude and Experience**
- A proven track record of delivering on aggressive revenue goals and targets.
- Love for TV is a must. Love for US TV series and Hollywood movies would be hugely desirable.
- Great attitude and team spirit. High energy and enthusiastic.
- Proven ability to think creatively and sell strategically with a strong service mindset.
- Comfortable working directly with client partners at both executive and senior management levels including c-suite discussions and interaction.
- Passion to help build strong world class brands and services.
- Excellent presentation as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Well versed in business and creative publishing apps like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Good organizational, planning and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Willing to take a ‘no’ for an answer and staying resilient.
- Strong negotiation skills that can help deliver win-win partnerships
- A curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn what you don’t already know.
- ~3 years of direct sales experience, preferably within the greater South East Asia region. Experience in advertising sales and/or affiliate and distribution partnerships in pay TV would be desirable.
- A degree or diploma in any field, though international management and marketing, would be an advantage.
