Our platform will look to use AI and machine learning to enable real-time tracking, route optimization, warehouse management, and dynamic forecasting — to build Southeast Asia’s leading logistics network.

**THE CHALLENGE**

We are searching for a results-oriented mid-level professional to lead the development of sales partnerships, focusing on direct sales to enterprise ecommerce brands and generating impactful commercial outcomes. The role involves strategic collaborations with enablers, aggregators, and upstream logistics providers to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forge and enhance partnerships with enablers, aggregators, and logistics providers, focusing on commercial success and direct sales outcomes.
- Directly engage with enterprise ecommerce brands to build and maintain strong relationships, offering tailored logistics solutions.
- Drive sales initiatives and strategies with a primary focus on direct sales and revenue enhancement.
- Analyze market trends in the enterprise ecommerce sector to inform sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and maximize commercial impact.
- Design and execute business plans with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and direct revenue generation.
- Provide comprehensive reports on sales performance and market insights.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Revenue Goals: Achieve set revenue targets through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
- Direct Sales Impact: Track and increase direct sales to enterprise ecommerce brands.
- Market Growth: Expand market share within the enterprise ecommerce sector.
- Operational Efficiency: Enhance internal sales processes and capabilities for greater efficiency.

**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and partnerships, preferably in logistics or ecommerce.
- Proven ability in generating commercial outcomes, with a focus on direct sales to brands.
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the ecommerce market.
- Strategic, proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
