Work with line Operation manager on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters
- Administration of MOM surveys, Insurance renewal/claim, NS, Childcare claims etc.
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations;
- Handle Recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new hires and exit interviews;
- Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system, and smooth office administration;
- Assist in Yearly License renewal process
- Responsible for processing daily, weekly & monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission for about 150 headcounts
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Preferably 1 year in a relevant HR administration role
- Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act and labor legislation
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision-makers and various levels of employees
- A hands-on individual with strong coordination skills
- Working experience in **security industry** and familiar with InfoTech system is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $2,800.00 per month
