Responsibilities:
Perform HR The Human Resource Executive role including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Executive is responsible for employment policies and procedures, payroll and rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Along with administering employee-benefit programs, the HR Executive’s role involves finding, screening, recruiting new job applicants and developing training and development programs for all employees. In addition, the HR Executive will oversee office operations and workflow and manage all compliance issues with regards to business operations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and Admin functions (InfoTech software)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Meticulous and well-organized
