**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for performing full spectrum of payroll processing of assigned business units, including overtime computations, CPF and tax submissions and compliance, NS make-up pay claims and etc
- Prepare monthly multiple payroll reporting
- Handle employee queries on payroll matters, staff benefits and welfare
- Maintain proper filing system of payroll documents
- Liaise with transport vendor on all company provided transport issues
- Organise and lead staff welfare programmes such as lunch talks, sports and wellness programmes and any company events as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of hands-on in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Income Tax Act
- Familiar and with hands-on experience in Info-Tech HRMS and Payroll Software
- Good working knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Meticulous with analytical mind
- Well-organised, independent, matured individual and team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and customer-service oriented
- Positive working attitude
- Strong sense of urgency and work commitment
