Mase E&C Pte Ltd is a trusted leader in the Marine, Construction, and Oil & Gas sectors. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to strengthen our human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administrative duties, including recruitment, employment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Handle work pass applications, issuance, cancellations, as well as related security bonds and medical insurance.
- Coordinate training arrangements such as CSOC and other mandatory courses.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
- Maintain and update HR records with accuracy and compliance.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to perform under tight deadlines and manage pressure effectively.
