HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Training & Development**:Plan and organize internal and external training sessions to support the continuous development of employees.
- **Onboarding & Offboarding**:Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including processing relevant documentation.
- **Employee Engagement & Culture Building**:Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday celebrations, and company outings etc.
- **Payroll Administration**:Process payroll for part-time teachers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the Education sector.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Attendance bonus
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
