DESIGNATION : HR Executive, Engagement & Development RESPONSIBILITIES **Job highlights** - Financially strong and well-established organization - Opportunities for career growth and professional development - Annual performance bonus and increment - Leave, Medical and Dental benefits **Responsibilities** - Drive Learning & Development and Career Development to build workforce skills and capabilities. - Lead onboarding programmes to reinforce mission, culture, values, HR policies, and products/services. - Support Talent Management and Succession Planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline. - Partner with tertiary institutions on internships/traineeships to attract future talent. - Conduct climate surveys and dialogue sessions to gauge employee engagement and strengthen team cohesiveness. - Lead assigned HR digitalization projects. - Organize in-house training and lunch & learn sessions. QUALIFICATIONS - Preferably 2 years of experience in Learning & Development - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to handle simple Mandarin translation when required) - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint OTHER INFORMATION - Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 6.00pm - Company transport pick-up from Clementi MRT (one way)
