We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Payroll Executive to support our retail operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete payroll process cycle across multiple stores, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processing for assigned subsidiaries, including updates for new hires, resignations, and calculation of overtime and allowances
- Prepare and process timecards, distribute payslips, and handle all types of employee leave
- Review and validate timecard reports, monitor and track attendance to ensure timely employee arrivals
- Process monthly claims and verify receipts for payment
- Schedule and manage staff rosters
- Manage the full pre-employment process, including applications and renewals for work permits
- Prepare various employment-related documents such as confirmation letters and employment letters
- Regularly update and maintain the employee database, including personal files and information
- Generate payroll-related reports
- Provide reports on government grant disbursements
- Maintain documentation control and filing systems
- Handle staff queries regarding payroll and related matters
- Assist with ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed
Key Requirements
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in payroll processing
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
