
HR & Admin Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, dental, insurance etc.
- Ensure that employee personnel files are complete, up-to-date, properly filed, and kept.
- Assist in the recruitment process to ensure interviews are arranged.
- Source for and register training courses for employees when requested.
- Assist in doing orientation with new employees, such as introducing the company and colleagues to them and ensuring door access is given.
- Ensure that the HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed by all employees.
- Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in guests.
- Ensure the Fixed Assets are properly tagged and recorded in the Assets Listing.
- Check through the employee’s expenses claim and submit it to respective accounts.
- Ensure all the documents are filed and kept accordingly
- Ensure the HR Admin and Admin servers are up-to-date and filed properly
- Assist in organising company events such as monthly birthday celebrations, annual D&D, sports events, etc
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
