**Main Roll - HR duties**:

- Generate monthly payroll reports and other analyses as and when required for internal review purposes.
- Ensure accurate and timely update of staff details in HR system and maintain proper filing.
- Immediately reporting to MOM if there is any change in foreign worker details, such as passport, residential address, mobile and etc.
- Adhere and ensure compliance with the changes of local rules and regulations.
- Regularly review HR processes with management to enhance overall efficiency and provide feedback to the Management of areas for improvement.
- Provide assistance and advice if staff has any inquiry regarding HR/ accomodation matters.
- Prepare letters and internal announcement as and when required.
- Maintain and timely renew of group medical insurance, WICA, and Security Bond.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Supporting Roll - Office Admin duties:**
- Assist in basic bookkeeping, issuance of PO and invoices and office admin matters
- Checking of Director's mailbox and reporting of any updates
- Assist in ad hoc simple office/ site purchasing tasks
- Assist in the organisation and housekeeping of the office
- Assist as a back-up for other admin duties when needed

Must be willing to work at Pioneer Road North. Travel allowance of $200 will be provided.
