**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interview
- Maintain HR records and update employee information in the HR database
- Assist in HR-related projects
- Provide administrative support to the Admin department, including managing office supplies, and coordinating office events
- Assist in maintaining records and filing system
- Other duties as assigned by management
**Job Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in HR and administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work
