- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm)
- Salary Package**: Basic + Performance Bonus**:
- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Analyze market data, conduct competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets with Head of Sales.
- Identify target customers, create sales pitches and presentations, negotiate deals and close sales.
- Assess and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion by identifying new products.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other F&B companies, suppliers, distributors or retailers. Collaborate with these partners to leverage synergies, expand distribution networks, and access new customer segments.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to identify customer preferences and trends.
- Provide inputs and insights to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Assist in product launches and promotional activities.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build industry connections, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to the Management team for decision-making.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
