Role and Responsibility- Activation of segment marketing programs and campaigns with country activation marketers- Supports development, provides input and recommendations for campaigns and marketing plans, gatekeeper for that market- Own the results and the activation of segment specific campaigns/plans in the area-
- The segment/customer needs expert in the area on assigned segments- Support the development of global and area market segment focused marketing plans in partnership with the global segment marketer and leader- Provide input and insights into the global segment plan.- Provide input and approaches for unique needs in the area/region/countries.- Be the voice the Customer back to the global segment leader.-
- Understand market trends and customer goals on sustainability, leveraging as part of our strategy for portfolio/segment

Qualification- Bachelor’s degree or above University Degree.- MBA preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience and traditional marketing experience- Experience in strategic planning, marketing planning, or business management preferred- In-country marketing experience is preferred- Ability to lead through influence- Experience interpreting market research or market insights in concert with additional data and business results- Fluent in English
