Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic business leader to develop and execute plans targeted at specific customer segments. This role oversees the performance of various customer groups, develops strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction, and works closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

  • Develop and implement segment strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors within the segment.
  • Work closely with Distribution to identify partnerships and opportunities for lead generation to support segment/persona growth.
  • Develop a robust value-added services program to support segment needs and drive customer engagement.
  • Analyze segment data to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and segment performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
