As a Segment Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability for our High Net Worth (HNW) and Affluent segments. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability, while building strong relationships with customers and distributors within the segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement segment strategies that align with business objectives
  • Oversee performance of various customer segments and develop plans to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors within the segment
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives targeted at the segment
  • Identify opportunities for lead generation to support segment/persona growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
