Job Role Overview:

Segment Manager

This role involves driving growth and profitability for high net worth and affluent segments by developing and executing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of various customer segments to develop strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing segment strategies, including setting goals, identifying opportunities for growth, and monitoring performance.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors within the segment.

Key Requirements:
