Customer Segment Intern The Customer Segment Intern will report into the High Net Worth and Affluent Segments team and is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategies to drive growth and profitability for the High Net Worth (HNW) and Affluent segments. This individual will support initiatives to develop and execute plans that achieve business objectives. ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Customer Relationship Management: Implement marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, loyalty and retention within the segments. This includes understanding customer needs, collecting feedback from channels, and managing customer complaints and feedback. - Loyalty Programs: Support the day to day management of our loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer retention and loyalty - Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor strategies in customer loyalty and retention. Use this information to make informed decisions and recommendations. - Campaigns and Events: Support the execution of campaigns and events targeted at specific customer segments. This includes managing the segment mailbox and ensuring effective communication with customers and sales channels - Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of loyalty programs. This includes preparing reports and presenting findings to management.
