This role is based in Singapore and reporting into Head of Commercial Marketing, SEA. In order to be successful in this role, the person should be a self-starter and has experience working in the industry. A strong communication skill is important due to the requirement to collaborate with various stakeholders in countries. In addition, this person should be flexible to travel within SEA, as required.
**Your Role**:
- Establish network with global strategic accounts or regional strategic accounts to understand market trends in SEA
- Shape segment strategies in SEA countries and identify focus areas in each country
- Provide scientific expertise and training for industrial sub-segment workflows
- Proficient in content creation for sub-segment workflows by collaborating closely with regional portfolio team
- Assess global landing pages/contents which should be prioritized in local websites and collaborate with various stakeholders to generate contents specific to SEA requirements
- Represent SEA for global franchise calls. Highlight challenges faced and get support from global/APAC stakeholders
- Establish market intelligence across various sub-segments by collaborating closely with various stakeholders
- Collaborate with APAC segment leaders and countries' team on account mapping for focused sub-segments
- Monitor and track countries marketing plans for responsible segment and orchestrate resources
- Evaluate campaign execution performances with countries marketing team and provide recommendations for future executions
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, and related fields. MBA degree or Experience in Life Science Industry is preferred
- With at least 5-10 years of strong background in commercial marketing and business acumen
- Strong knowledge of scientific processes, products and customers and ability to interface at all levels within an Organization for both internal and external Customers
- Good to have SFDC, Tableau, Power BI
