**Job Description**:
Role and Responsibility

This role will cover Singapore Personal Safety Division key market segments and key accounts, which contributed the SG PSD business. This role's primary responsibility will be all Personal Safety division portfolio for the key market segments assigned by Division Sales Leader with a market, and a secondary role to drive integrated SCBA(Self Contained Breathing Apparatus ) portfolio and welding portfolio in SEA region

The sales role is very critical to ensure well market coverage and driving competitive conversion in the key markets.- Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling of appointments, conduct technical sales presentations, understanding business needs, develop proposals and sales closure.- Build customer relationships with the Key Assigned Market Customers and develop these relationships in multiple levels of the organization-
- Work with distributors to achieve Sales Targets.- Proactively keeping up to date on product knowledge and market trend by participating in educational opportunities offered by company or other appropriate channels.- Conducts all business activities according to applicable rules and regulations and observe all company policy and procedures to ensure meeting ethical standards and compliance obligations

Qulification- Bachelor or equivalent Degree- min. 3+ years of Sales- Strong communication skills with fluency in English- Able to influence and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel functionality, experienced PowerPoint user)- Experience working in an Agile environment- Possess a car and valid class 3 driving license.- Experience in Safety Sales is a bonus but not a Must- Domestic Travel required.
