As a Sales Division Manager at B. Braun, you will lead and manage the division by developing and implementing strategic plans, executing Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve targets and profitability, managing inventory and pricing strategies to meet market needs, and motivating and coaching your team.
Responsibilities- Establish and communicate divisional plans and goals to team members (business unit managers) to maintain or increase market leadership, create new business, and foster customer loyalty with increased profitability for the Division and company.
- Oversee yearly and monthly sales activities; support business unit managers to achieve divisional and business unit objectives in sales and profits; train, evaluate, and coach the team toward divisional goals.
- Set and implement divisional sales plans that are ambitious and reasonable; strive for outstanding results.
- Ensure the Sales team completes all Tender and Sales agreements accurately and timely in compliance with company policy.
- Manage the divisional business plan and expense budget to achieve sales goals and optimize return on investment.
- Be accountable for division inventory targets; work closely with SCM on pre-planning for new projects and business.
- Oversee and drive the Key Opinion Leaders network and alliances with customer groups, professional bodies, manufacturers, strategic partners, industry associations, suppliers, and vendors to promote the goodwill of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Sales, Business, Science, Nursing, Medtech or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical device industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a high-performing team.
- Recognized as an expert within the organization with ability to anticipate internal and external business challenges and recommend improvements.
- Proven history in sales development and leadership.
