Division Director

1. Plans, develops and establishes Division's goals, objectives, business plans and key growth sales strategies, both short-term and long-term. 2. Maintains frequent communications with Company Executives on monthly and quarterly sales objectives and advises Board members on strategic issues. 3. Reviews operational data and financial statements to track progress and status of division/departments in reaching objectives. 4. Oversees and ensures that Division's operations are in line with Company's Quality, Environment, Health and Safety management System. 5. Formulates, develops, manages and evaluates Division and Company's policies and procedures. 6. Manages and oversees the entire division to ensure smooth running of business operation. 7. Meeting with Department managers to ensure that each section's agreed KPIs are met. 8. Leads the Sales Team according to agreed KPIs by developing and implementing sales plans to generate revenue according to forecast and growth plans. 9. Conducts market research, understands industry specific trends and landscapes. 10. Builds and maintains long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. 11. Promotes the company's mission, vision and its values. 12. Assumes the role of Management Representative of WSH Committee to exercise due diligence and demonstrate leadership to prevent WSH incidents and ensure compliance by setting a safety culture where resources are provided to drive WSH practices.
