As part of our growth, we're looking for an experienced channel sales leader to join our Asia team as **Asia Channel Sales Lead**. This role leads our growing and successful VAR/Disti Channel team which has a focus on Reseller, Distribution and Master Agent Partners from South Korea, Hong Kong to Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. You will be reporting to the APAC Channel Sales Lead based in Singapore. This is a **people-manager role** and will be based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- To lead & help build the Asia Channel Sales team for success by fostering a culture of channel excellence through rigorous discovery, innovation, integrity and client satisfaction.
- Ensure excellence with partner recruitment, pipeline management, sales alignment and partner & customer happiness.
- Be an innovator that will help CAMs discover new ways to build partner capability, pipeline generation and revenue.
- Develop, launch and execute an effective partner strategy designed to deliver on team goals.
- Channel leadership presence and guidance on Focus partner QBRs, Partner Exec alignment & work with Channel Marketing on key priorities & investments.
- Align with Sale on pipeline management and drive quality Deal Registrations with CAMs.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with Channel Leadership & Operations, providing accurate and timely forecasts and maintain accurate records in all internal CRM and reporting tools.
- Drive team development & growth through effective coaching/leadership and strategic hiring.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of regional Channel Sales experience in SaaS space,** ideally Unified Communications/ Cloud Telephony/ UCaaS Partners. Experience managing Service Providers will be highly preferred.
- **Minimum 3 years leadership experience managing a team (minimum 8 direct reports) of Channel Account Manages across Asia.**:

- Inspiring leadership persona, focusing teams on a philosophy of partner recruitment, development & execution through a business outcome & partner satisfaction approach.
- Expertise in business forecasting, pipeline and people management skills are required.
- Thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of Partner recruitment, development & growth.
- Excellent communication & presentations skills with the ability to engage with Partner & internal key Executive stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, self-motivated.
