
Corporate Secretarial Assistant

**Job Scope**:
As a Corporate Secretarial Assistant, you will support the corporate secretarial team in delivering comprehensive corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients in compliance with the Companies Act and ACRA regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with ACRA (e.g., incorporation, annual returns, changes in officers, share capital, etc.)
- Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records
- Prepare board and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes, and other relevant documents
- Assist in drafting and maintaining minutes of meetings and resolutions for client companies
- Monitor and ensure timely compliance with statutory filing deadlines
- Liaise with clients, ACRA, IRAS, banks, and other relevant authorities
- Handle the opening of bank accounts, changes in corporate structure, and other administrative tasks
- Support the Company Secretary and senior staff in daily operations and client servicing
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, or relevant discipline
- Preferably with 1-2 years of corporate secretarial experience (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered)
- Knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA BizFile+ system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
