**Responsibilities**:

- Key contributor to the implementation of digital strategies in support of the company’s business strategies
- Ensure the best IT support for the business to operate efficiently, including scaling up as appropriate as the company expands, and to ensure sufficient backup in case of system failure
- Plan for and recommend solutions to enhance the integrity of the Corporate IT infrastructure
- Manage a lean internal Corporate IT service delivery team, taking a hands-on, practical approach
- Ensure succession and continuity in the Corporate IT team
- Ensure that current and planned technical architecture, investments and solutions are aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Executing on clear IT and Technology-related policies, guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and security governance
- Support, manage and implement security controls arising from security compliance requirements including controls from external/customer and internal audit findings that are specific to the line of business as needed
- Oversee all IT infrastructure contracts are monitored and renewed if need be, and contract obligations are fulfilled
- Plan and execute IT Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and ensure all risk indicators are monitored
- Prepare IT budgets for procurement of IT infrastructure, end devices and related services or software
- Present and update senior management regarding IT projects and strategies
- Assist in IT Digital Transformation to enable business success

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge is required. A minimum of ten years IT industry experience is preferred
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in Information Security and CyberSecurity related functions
- Experience in managing a team of IT professionals covering a wide spectrum of IT infrastructure services in end devices, hardware, network, data centre and Cloud Proven competency in technologies such as OS, LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN, VDI, UC, Active Directory, network shaping and monitoring, switches, firewall etc
- Strong leadership, project, time and people management skills
- Experienced in stakeholder, vendor, incident, change, risks and issue management
- Persuasive oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Relevant industry certification(s) such as CITPM, PMP, CITBCM, CISSP etc. will be preferred
