HR Assistant Manager

**Job Scope**:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Manage off-boarding process
- Oversee update of HR analytics and dashboard
- Support and coordinate Learning & Development
- Support employee engagement activities
- Provide HR advice to employees
**1) Talent Acquisition**
- Manage the new hire on-boarding experience - new hire orientation (HR & Bi-Monthly BU Orientation) and on-boarding programme, update Organisation chart, new hire confirmation (prompting HOD for confirmation and complete performance appraisal form)
- Partner with BUs in understanding their hiring needs, providing them guidance, support and thought leadership around talent acquisition
- Participate in industry events and build employer brand
- Manage temp staff recruitment with agencies when required
**2) Off-boarding**
- Complete exit clearance procedures which includes conducting exit interview, facilitate work pass cancellation to MOM, where applicable for resignation/termination process
**3) HR Reporting & Dashboard**
- Work with team to establish HR dashboard including types of matrix and reports, frequency of reports and work process, etc.
- Ensure dashboard is updated
**4) Learning & Development**
- Partner HR Manager to design and manage leadership development programme for management team and people managers with leadership potential
- Review effectiveness and identify areas for continual improvement
- Lead the learning needs analysis via review of organizational competency gaps and future people capability requirements
- Develop and implement the Corporate L&D Roadmap based on identified needs
- Review effectiveness of L&D Roadmap based on feedback from participants and stakeholders
- Virtual learning sessions & webinars - track attendance
- Manage in-house, specialized and other training requests and registration/nominations as well as logistic arrangements (including procurement arrangement)
- Recommend corporate training budget, manage and track expenses
- Track and complete renewal of SNEF and SBF membership a month in advance before expiry
- Update training records for internal and external courses
**5) Employee Engagement**
- Partner HR Manager to plan and develop a structured engagement programme including team bonding activities, physical & mental wellbeing, etc to enhance employee engagement
- Support the implementation of Employee Engagement pulse checks and bi-annual survey
**6) Others**
- Updating Organisation Chart
- Support the Manager on the performance management process (mid-year and year-end)
- Arrange and process procurement and payment requests for respective areas when purchases are made
- Assist in any HR events/activities/projects, if required
