As the HR Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resource management, including talent management, performance management, training and development, inter-departmental project support, manpower planning, and budgeting. - Assist in the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
3) Performance Management:
- Administer performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

4) Training and Development:
