As the HR Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resource management, including talent management, performance management, training and development, inter-departmental project support, manpower planning, and budgeting. You will assist in developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing performance management processes to maximize employee productivity and engagement, designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, providing HR support for inter-departmental projects to facilitate collaboration and achieve project goals, and overseeing manpower planning and budgeting activities to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

1) Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

2) Talent Management:

- Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
- Identify key talent within the organization and develop plans for their retention and career advancement.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

3) Performance Management:

- Administer performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with managers to establish performance goals and objectives that align with organizational priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including coaching, counseling, and performance improvement plans.

4) Training and Development:

- Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skills assessments, and feedback from managers and employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of company training framework, process and training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the training expenses and budget to ensure ROI

5) Manpower Planning and Budgeting:

- Assist in developing and implementing manpower planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels based on business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and develop annual staffing plans.
- Support budgeting activities related to HR, including personnel costs, training expenses, and recruitment expenditures.

6) HR Administration:

- Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

7) Employee Relations:

- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

8) Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, trends, and initiatives for management review.
- Assist in audits and inspections, providing documentation and support as necessary.

9) Inter-Departmental Project Support:

- Provide HR support for inter-departmental projects, collaborating with project teams to understand HR-related needs and requirements.
- Assist in workforce planning for project teams, including resource allocation and staffing decisions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and HR, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or related role, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, performance management, training and development, project support, manpower planning, and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, performance management, and training and development methodologies.
