**Responsibilities**:

- Perform as an HR Business Partner, and act as one point of contact for people and HR matters.
- Drive and align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives.
- Work with key stakeholders to help build organization culture and people capability, improve work relationships, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage performance management cycle.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Assist in policy and procedure reviews and development.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department and provide HR solutions.
- Manage and maintain employee details in HRMS.
- Support country HR regionally to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and policies.
- Provide guidance to countries on talent management and build relationship with business partners.
- Develop strong relationship and partnership with internal and external stakeholders and practitioners.
- Assist in all HR and Training related matters.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies.
- Able to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations.
- Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders
- Team player and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow up skill.
