- Overseeing the maintenance of documentation related to the company's Import/Export operations
- Managing permit declarations and ensuring timely clearance deliveries
- Handling Import documentation processes in collaboration with carriers and Co-loaders
- Ensuring efficient shipment handling and addressing customer inquiries promptly
- Establishing communication with vendors/suppliers for import shipments
- Responsible for invoice preparation and conducting invoice verification when necessary
- Proficient in managing transshipments and cross-border shipments
- Undertaking any additional duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of import and export procedures for ocean freight. (From freight forwarding company)
- Knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration a plus
