The incumbent will be working as an Ocean Operations Executive. S/he must provide a proactive and comprehensive service to Internal and External customers in all aspects of Ocean Import/Export freight forwarding services offered by the Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining the documentation for the company’s Import/Export activities
- Responsible for the permit declaration and clearance delivery required
- Responsible for Import/Export documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loaders
- Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer’s inquiries are answered.
- In charge of liaising with the company’s vendors/suppliers for import shipments
- In charge of the preparation of billing invoices and performing invoice verification when required
- Experience in transshipments & cross-border shipments
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in ocean freight forwarding operations
- Knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration a plus
- 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
- The incumbent will represent Crane with professionalism and integrity in line with our company code of conduct and compliance policies
