**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

The incumbent will be working as an Ocean Export Executive. S/he must be providing a pro-active and comprehensive service to both Internal and External customers in all aspects on export freight forwarding services provided by the Company.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for maintaining the documentation for the company’s Export activities
- Responsible for the permit declaration and BL transport documents required
- Responsible for Export documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loaders
- Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer’s inquiries are answered
- In charge of liaising with the company’s vendors/suppliers for export shipments
- In charge of the preparation of billing invoices and performing invoice verification when required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in ocean freight forwarding operations
- Knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration a plus

**OTHERS**
- Meticulous, organized, and willing to put the extra effort for tasks completion
- Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills
- Good team player with a good sense of urgency
- Willing to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
