**Job Description**:
To provide exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers and to achieve department's objectives for timely freight processing, and associated admin tasks within the set KPI.
- Communicate with our customers in executing export bookings.
- Prepare export documentations.
- Command in internal export management systems
- Understand and follow internal standards and process to execute bookings.
- Prepare and document customer's requirements in SOP database.
- Billings to clients accurately and timely.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers (Shipping lines, trucking companies and CFS Provider and others involved).
- Declaring Permits after passing Custom Competency test.
- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
- Take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department's needs
- Meeting 52 hours Training hours / year.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience and Education Requirements**
- Minimum tertiary educational level
- 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of ocean documentation process or experiences in the industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word) and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
