**Key Responsibilities**
- Booking of shipment with carrier/ co-loaders.
- Arrange transport, fumigation etc. for customers/agents.
- Prepare Bill of Lading
- Declare export permits incl. certificate of origin (if required)
- Pre-Alert to destination offices/agents.
- Billing for local deliveries and verifying vendors’ invoices and issuing invoices to customers and agents.
- Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.
- Any other duties may be assigned by the company’s management from time to time.
