**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
The incumbent will be working as an Ocean CS & Pricing Executive. S/he will be handling Ocean freight procurement rates and online bids for the company to achieve operational excellence.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ocean freight and service rates procurement
- Handle quotation for ocean freight and its related services for SIN enquires and online bids
- Handling shipment bookings by sourcing for the best available service routing at the best rates possible
- Ensure receipt of a complete set of shipping documents (commercial invoice and packing list)
- Update client on booking status via return booking confirmation indicating shipment details, sailing schedule, and related HB and MB reference numbers
- Arrange and coordinate shipment collection for LCL or haulage of empty/stuffed containers for FCL ensuring timely submission of shipment to meet the necessary cut-off time
- Any other shipment coordination between the client and vendor providing the necessary required service
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR SKILLS REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in ocean freight forwarding operations and systems
- Incumbent with freight forwarding experience is highly preferred but not a must

- Meticulous, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service or client
